Cut-Off date is the date when ICNA negotiated contracts with the hotel ends. After this date the hotel may or may not offer the ICNA discounted rates. Cancellation dates vary by hotel.

Hotel Rooms & Bed Types are assigned on an availability-basis. Number of Beds in a room are not guaranteed & subject to availability. Hotels may have an extra charge for rollaway beds. Since there are limited number of rooms available with two double beds, please request these options only if absolutely necessary.
