Rami Kawas currently serves as the Executive Director and Instructor at Oaktree Institute. For over 10 years, Rami has focused on learning and teaching personal development and leadership. He had served in different capacities at various community based organizations, including his role as the Director of Development and Training at MAS Dallas. He has extensive experience in organizing and delivering various educational and training programs. He also has a long track record in leading and creating various departments and projects that concentrate on human development and leadership training.

Rami is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Human Developmental Psychology from Harvard University Extension School. He enjoys sports and traveling, and resides with his family in Dallas, Texas.
