3 Steps Process
This year, you are being requested to follow this 3 step process to register yourself as a new vendor and create one or more user accounts. In future, you will only need to repeat step 3 to apply for any ICNA Convention event.
Step 1
Create new user account on the portal as soon as possible but no later than end of Jan 2026.
There can be more than one user for each business so multiple people can view and manage your transactions. First user will be considered the admin and must approve other users.
You can also use your Google Account to login.
Step 2
Update your profile by providing the business information. You can either create a new Business profile or select an existing business profile. Original business profile owner must approve your request before you can use the profile.

Step 3
Once a profile is updated, you will see this Apply button on your home screen.
Click on the Apply button and submit a request by identifying how many booths you need, their type and what would be the main item sold on the booth.
THIS STEP IS THE APPLICATION THAT IS REQUIRED.
What Happens After You Submit Booth Application
- Step 3 involves applying for the booth. The ICNA Bazaar Team will review all vendor applications, submitted by end of Jan 2026. We will review and notify all vendors about their selection in the first week of Feb. Those approved will be invited to book their booths as bazaar opens.
- Booth booking is tentatively scheduled to open on February 12, 2026. Only approved vendors will be able to book booths when booking opens.

ICNA-MAS 2026 Bazaar – Key Exhibitor Terms
By registering as an Exhibitor for the ICNA-MAS 2026 Bazaar (May 23–25, 2026, Baltimore Convention Center), you acknowledge and agree to the full Bazaar Exhibition Agreement and Terms & Conditions. The full Agreement controls in case of any conflict with this summary.
1. Exhibitor Approval & Category
- ICNA may accept or reject any application and may cancel or terminate any booth at its sole discretion.
- Exhibitors must declare a business category and operate only within that category.
2. Booth Use & Conduct
- Booth license is exclusive and non-transferable. Subleasing, sharing, or assigning space is strictly prohibited. No exceptions.
- Exhibits, demos, and activities must remain within the assigned booth and must not block aisles or neighboring booths.
- Exhibitors and staff must follow Islamic standards of behavior and all ICNA and Facility rules.
3. Food & Beverage Policy
- Selling, giving away, or sampling perishable food or beverages is strictly prohibited. No exceptions.
- Only pre-approved, shelf-stable, commercially packaged items may be sold or sampled, and only with written approval from ICNA.
- Food or beverage giveaways (coffee, drinks, snacks, etc.) to attract traffic are not allowed. Violations may result in immediate closure of the exhibit without refund.
4. Fees, Cancellations & Refunds
- Full payment is due at reservation.
- Written cancellations to bazaar@conv.icna.org:
- Before April 15, 2026: full refund (less processing fees).
- April 15 – May 1, 2026: 50% refund (less processing fees).
- After May 1, 2026: no refund, unless ICNA can re-lease the space (see full Agreement).
- No refunds for violations of the Agreement.
5. Safety, Laws & Insurance
- Exhibitors must comply with all fire, safety, health, and legal requirements (including CDC/local health guidelines and Facility rules).
- Prohibited items include fireworks, incendiary devices, helium, fuel tanks, heating appliances, and flammable/hazardous materials.
- Exhibitors assume all risk of loss, damage, theft, or injury related to their booth, products, and activities and must carry their own insurance.
- ICNA does not guarantee sales, attendance, or traffic and does not insure Exhibitor property or personnel.
6. Photography, Media & COVID-19
- ICNA may photograph and/or record the Bazaar, including booths and staff, and may use such media for promotional and other purposes.
- ICNA cannot guarantee that Exhibitors or guests will not be exposed to COVID-19 and may require liability waivers. Exhibitors agree to indemnify ICNA for claims by their staff or guests related to COVID-19.
7. Indemnification & Disputes
- Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICNA, MAS, and related parties from claims arising from their participation, products, or activities.
- The Agreement is governed by Maryland law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Baltimore, Maryland, and both parties waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Vendors must wear badges at all times. Vendors without badges will not be allowed in the bazaar area.
- Vendors must wear Islamic attires at all times at the convention.
- All items displayed or sold in the bazaar must meet Islamic standards.
- Vendors are not allowed to sell food, snacks, or beverages in the bazaar area.
- ICNA has the right to cancel and remove a booth where a vendor promotes a message that contradicts Islamic Teachings as approved by ICNA Council of Sharia.
- All vendors must confine their activities and displays within their respective booths and not obstruct view or access to neighboring displays/booths.
- Vendors, for-profit or non-profit, cannot solicit outside of their assigned booth area.
- Vendors cannot move from their assigned booth to another booth, take additional booth space or move tables or chairs, drapes, or poles from other booths.
- Vendors are not allowed to have more than 3 feet of banner or hoarding on top of the booth or any curtain or banner which blocks other surrounding booths; ICNA Bazaar management has the right to remove any such thing from the booths.
- Vendors using audio/visual equipment must keep the volume low & acceptable to neighboring vendors.
- Booths must be kept clean at all times.
- ICNA is not responsible for any theft, damage, injury, or loss during the convention. It is the vendor's sole responsibility to obtain insurance coverage for their business.
- Vendors will be responsible for any damage caused by them to the booth or any other property of the Convention Center.
- ICNA reserves the right to remove any vendor involved in un-Islamic activity, selling or distributing anti-Islamic or pirated items.
- If the card payment did not go through or credit is declined, the system automatically cancels your booth(s) reservation.
- ICNA reserved the right to reassign booth(s) of the same category to any vendor.
- Vendors must arrange their own parking. Convention Center and ICNA will not provide any parking.
- While we are making every effort to increase attendance this year, ICNA does not guarantee any specific number of attendees and is not liable for any variations in attendance.
- ICNA Convention management holds the right to refuse or cancel registration or remove any business/vendor from its event for any reason it deems appropriate.

The Fire Marshal has approved the bazaar floor plan, and the bazaar map on our website is the final approved version.
Please review it carefully before making your selection.
We strongly recommend selecting two booth options (Option 1 and Option 2), as the booth in your preferred selection may be booked by another vendor before you complete your transaction.

Booth Limit
Vendors may reserve a maximum of 4 booths. If you need more than 4, a separate booking is required.

Cancellations and Reselling
- Cancellations: To cancel a booth, please contact the ICNA Bazaar Team at bazaar@conv.icna.org. A 3% cancellation fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Booth Reselling Prohibited: Booth reselling is strictly prohibited and violates our policy. If you are unable to use a booked booth, please contact the Bazaar Team to request a cancellation.
- Important: If we discover that a booth has been sold privately, the booking will be canceled without a refund, and you may be prohibited from making future bazaar bookings.
