Yes, your mother can serve as your Wali if your brother and father are unable to attend the Convention. In Islam, the Wali is the guardian who represents and supports the bride during marriage proceedings. While traditionally the role is often fulfilled by a father or brother, Islamic jurisprudence allows for flexibility in selecting a suitable guardian in situations where they are unavailable. Therefore, your mother can fulfill this important role in ensuring your rights and interests are protected during the marriage process at the Convention.
