Anyone who has not registered for the convention yet, please do so or your hotel reservation is subject to cancel.
Cancellation Fee: Guests must cancel their reservations no later than April 30, 2024. Starting May 1, 2024, all cancelled reservations will be charged a cancel fee of $50 plus tax.
While the ICNA team continues to explore more hotel options, we recommend reserving a room at the Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI).
Note: Many of the BWI Airport hotels are just a 12-14 minute drive away, and most offer free parking, with some also providing complimentary breakfast.
