Please note that the deadline for cancellations and refunds is May 10th, 2024. Refunds will not be issued after this date.

No changes to registration is allowed after May 10th, 2024. This includes switching members, additions or replacements of family members living in the same household, etc. In extreme cases, please email us at convention@icna.org to notify us why this registration change should be made.

At ICNACON, we provide a convenient family registration form. The term 'family registration' includes individuals residing in the same household, such as yourself, your spouse, your children, your parents, and any other family member sharing the same address. Verification of the address of family members may be requested by an ICNACON team member if there is a concern that the participants may not belong to the same household.

We kindly request all participants to adhere to an Islamic dress code and wear modest clothing throughout the convention.
