What is Hackathon?

 

A hackathon is a timed event in which individuals or teams made up of to collaborate intensively on creative projects, team/individual will invent and generate new ideas to solve the problems.

What happens in a Hackathon ?

The aim is to design, build and present the most innovative solution to a problem, and then pitch a final concept, prototype or presentation to the judges, you should be able to describe, demonstrate and explain your ideas to real world problem solving.

Benefits but not limited to:

Invent and generate new ideas, a space to explore different ideas, learn new skills and essay generator technologies, team formation/building, coding sessions and workshop will provide the foundation and learn as you move on, clearly define problem statement and categories to resolve, improve communication and leadership skills, new friends of your interest and skills.

Requirements:

Note: Participants need to bring their own laptop to participate in the hackathon.

Age Requirements

  • We have two Hackathon group categories:
    1) Youth Hackathon -11 to 19 years
    2) Professional Development Hackathon – 20+ years
