In a world filled with uncertainty and difficulty, the Quran stands as our protection. Through its verses and stories, we are given something to hold onto when what surrounds us feels unclear. Each revelation offers a form of refuge, guarding our faith and grounding us when distractions pull us away from what is right. When the brush grows wild against the challenges we face, the Quran becomes our shield, preserving our sense of direction and purpose.
Join us at the 31st Annual Young Muslims Conference as we explore how revelation protects us, strengthens us, and safeguards what is sacred. From engaging speakers and youth-focused panels to the bazaar and the Sisters Special Night event alongside Brothers Midnight Sports Tournament, the conference offers space to strengthen faith, protect what matters, and grow together as a community.

Young Muslims Conference (YMC) 2025
The Young Muslims Conference (YMC) is an exciting weekend-long gathering designed exclusively for Muslim youth, ages 13 to 25. Taking place from May 24th to May 26th at the Baltimore Convention Center, YMC provides a dynamic space for young Muslims to connect, grow, and engage in meaningful discussions and interactive experiences.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in thought-provoking workshops and sessions led by esteemed scholars, addressing crucial topics such as mental health, gender interactions, chivalry, and personal development—all within an Islamic framework.
Beyond the enriching discussions, YMC offers a vibrant and engaging atmosphere, featuring:
- A Halal Food Court with a diverse selection of delicious cuisine
- Midnight Basketball for an energetic and competitive experience
- The YM Booth at the Bazaar, serving as a hub for connection and inspiration

Young Muslims (YM) is a pioneering national youth organization that has been on the youth scene since the early 90’s. We have established a well organized network of local youth groups that we call NeighborNets (which means network of neighbors) across the United States and Canada. Each NeighborNet is a dynamic youth group which attempts to build a solid understanding of the principles of Islam amongst its members by helping them put these principles into practice. By providing the youth with an Islamic atmosphere where they can form bonds of brotherhood with their peers, they become comfortable with Islam and its teachings. We encourage these youth to take the next step and become the torchbearers of Islamic work in America. We stress the importance of knowing, understanding, and fulfilling our individual and collective obligations as Muslims.

In a world where global tension and Islamophobia cast shadows on our ummah, it's easy to feel lost in the vastness of space. Yet, this is precisely the moment to chart a course toward self-improvement- identifying what needs to change within ourselves to make the universe a better place. “Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” (13:11) As we embark on this cosmic voyage of self-improvement, the journey beyond into the expanding space becomes crucial. Fulfilling our obligations to family, friends, and community, and Allah becomes a guiding light in these troubling times, allowing us to find our orbit. Each commitment transcends earthly constraints, pushing against the darkness that surrounds us all and reaching for the stars of enlightenment. Surrounded by pitch black, we discover a light that propels us beyond, becoming beacons in the cosmos. Join us on this journey, for in rediscovering our inner brilliance, we gain the fortitude to face the asteroids that lie ahead.. “And whoever Allah does not bless with light will have no light!” (24:40)
