Booking for bazaar booths at the ICNA Convention 2024 is scheduled to open, God willing, on Monday, February 19, 2024, at 9 PM Eastern Standard Time.

2024 BAZAAR Booth reservations
To ensure a seamless experience accessing the ICNA Convention 2024 Bazaar, we kindly

Please note that vendors are limited to reserving a maximum of four (4) booths.
Should you require more than four booths, an additional booking will be necessary.

Booth reselling is prohibited. If you have booked extra booth(s) and find yourself unable to
use them, please contact ICNA Convention Bazaar management at bazaar@conv.icna.org
for a refund. Should the bazaar team discover that a booth has been sold privately, event
management reserves the right to cancel the booth booking, and no refund will be issued.
Bazaar Timings Are:
Saturday 10:00 am to 11:00 pm
Sunday 9:00 am to 11:00 pm
Monday 9:00 am to 03:00 pm
Bazaar will be close for business during all the prayers.
Booth Details:
- 10’ x 10’ booth space
- 8’ high pipe & drape at rear
- 3’ high pipe & drape on both sides
- One 6’ x 2’ skirted table
- Two folding chairs
- Booth sign (Header size 7” x 44”)
Booth Prices:
- Each vendor will receive three convention passes per booth. These passes will permit vendors to attend any session at the convention.
- Please send your request to the ICNA bazaar at bazaar@conv.icna.org team for additional passes for your immediate family.
- A fee of $50 per person will be charged for additional badge. Vendor can request a maximum of five (5) additional badges.

Booth Reservation Instructions
For booth reservation, please visit ICNA Convention website, navigate to the “Bazaar” section, and then select “Booth Reservation.”
This will allow you to view the bazaar layout. If the layout does not appear correctly, it is recommended that you install the Google Chrome browser to ensure optimal viewing.
Step 1
To reserve a booth, please click on the desired booth. Following this action, you will be presented with the screen shown below. Carefully read the instructions located on the left side of the screen.
Step 2
Upon selecting the booth, a message will appear, notifying you that you have 11 minutes to finalize your booth reservation(s).
Step 3
After accepting the terms and
conditions, click the "I Accept Terms and Conditions" tab.
This action will direct you to the payment page to complete your booth(s) booking.
