Bazaar Opening Date
2025 ICNA Bazaar Tentative Opening Date
Tentative Booth Booking Start: Booking for bazaar booths at the ICNA Convention 2025 is expected to begin in the last week of January, pending Fire Marshal approval of the floor plan.
Important Updates for 2025
This year, we’ve introduced significant changes to the booking process and bazaar layout. These changes aim to make the process smoother, fairer, and ensure equal opportunity for all vendors. Please read the details carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Step 1
Vendor Registration
- All vendors must register before booking booths.
- Only registered vendors will receive a unique code and link to access the booth booking process.
- Important: Your unique code is valid for a single use and will expire after it is used. Do not share your code with anyone.
If you haven’t registered yet, click here to register. Registration is mandatory to proceed with booth booking.
Step 2
Zone-Based Booking
The bazaar will open in zones, and each zone will open two days after the previous one. Any remaining booths from earlier zones will also be available when a new zone opens.
Zones and Booth Types:
- Premier Zone (Corner booth $2495, Inline booth $2195)
Only premier booths will be available during this zone's opening. - Prime Zone (Corner booth $1895, Inline booth $1595)
All prime booths will be available, along with leftover booths from the Premier Zone. - Standard Zone (Corner booth $1695, Inline booth $1395)
All standard booths will be available, along with leftover booths from Premier and Prime Zones. - Basic Zone (Corner booth $1195, Inline booth $895)
All basic booths will be available, along with leftover booths from Premier, Prime, and Standard Zones.
Step 3
After accepting the terms and conditions, click the "I Accept Terms and Conditions" tab. This action will direct you to the payment page to complete your booth(s) booking.

Booth Limit
Vendors may reserve a maximum of 4 booths. If you need more than 4, a separate booking is required.
Cancellations and Reselling
- Cancellations: To cancel a booth, please contact the ICNA Bazaar Team at bazaar@conv.icna.org. A 3% cancellation fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Booth Reselling Prohibited: Booth reselling is strictly prohibited and violates our policy. If you are unable to use a booked booth, please contact the Bazaar Team to request a cancellation.
- Important: If we discover that a booth has been sold privately, the booking will be canceled without a refund, and you may be prohibited from making future bazaar bookings.
